Tachi's Sakura Trick Yuri Manga Ends on August 16
posted on by Crystalyn Hodgkins The September issue of Hobunsha's Manga Time Kirara Miracle! magazine revealed on Saturday that Tachi's four-panel yuri manga Sakura Trick will end in the magazine's October issue, which ships on August 16.
Tachi launched the manga in Manga Time Kirara Miracle! in 2011, and Hobunsha published the seventh compiled volume in November. The eighth and final compiled volume will ship on September 27.
The story revolves around Haruka and Yū, two girls who go to a high school that is slated to be shut down in three years. To share "something special" between them, they share a kiss, and their relationship deepens from that moment onward.
The manga inspired a 12-episode television anime series that premiered in January 2014. Crunchyroll streamed the series as it aired, and Sentai Filmworks released the series on DVD in August 2015 and on Blu-ray Disc in September 2016.
